Service Description

Our journey begins at Rural Farmstead at 6:00 p.m.. We will hike the beautiful, rolling hills of the property while the sun sets on the last day of summer. The hike will be moderately paced, ending back at Rural Farmstead, where we will join together for a gentle yoga cool down and stretch followed by a meditation to welcome the autumn season. Wear sturdy, comfortable walking shoes or boots and bring your insect repellent and a water bottle.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment or registration, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments or registrations cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
