Service Description

Unwind and unplug in this wonderfully relaxing and meditative event. Restorative yoga poses are fully supported and deeply relaxing. You will rest in each pose for 3-7 minutes while you are immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls. We will finish our practice with an extended savasana (final resting pose) and Healing Sound Bath. This class is appropriate for all levels. No previous yoga experience is necessary. Please dress comfortably and bring your yoga mat. Yoga props will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own if you have them. You may also wish to bring a pillow, blanket, and eye pillow. Preregistration is required.
