Service Description

Swedish and deep tissue techniques are used for relaxation, improved circulation, and to provide relief from muscle soreness or injury. 60-minute sessions are best for a full body-relaxation massage or when you need work on a targeted area for pain or tension relief. If you would like a full body massage AND have areas of pain or tension that need more attention, consider scheduling a 90-minute session.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment or registration, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments or registrations cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
