Service Description
Slow down, breathe deeply, and welcome the beginning of a new season. Celebrate the Autumn Equinox with an evening of yoga and a peaceful hike. As we move into autumn, we’ll explore the themes of transition, letting go, and finding balance as the seasons change. We’ll begin with a grounding yoga practice, then head to the trails for a mindful hike and time to connect with the changing landscape. No experience necessary.
