Service Description

Relax your body and renew your energy in this special 90-minute Restorative Yoga class. You will be guided through a series of supported restorative yoga postures, using blankets, blocks, and bolsters for support. While you rest in the pose, the instructor will apply massage techniques to deepen the relaxation response. No yoga experience necessary. Class size is limited. Preregistration required. $32

To cancel or reschedule your appointment or registration, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments or registrations cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
