Service Description

Unwind, relax, and recharge with deeply restorative yoga and therapeutic massage at Amery Ale Works. You’ll be guided through gentle, supported yoga postures using props for complete comfort, while soothing massage techniques help release tension and invite deep relaxation. No yoga or massage experience is needed—just come ready to slow down, rest, and enjoy some time for yourself. Your experience includes a drink from Amery Ale Works to enjoy after class. Dress comfortably. Bring yoga mat & props if you have them. We will use 2 blocks, bolster, and blanket. I have extras if you don't have your own. The class is in the loft at Amery Ale Works and Restorative yoga is a floor based practice. The space is only accessible by stairs. Space is limited and preregistration is required.
