Mindful Movement Mindful Movement blends inspiration from dance, yoga, martial arts, Pilates, and other mindful practices. Each session offers a fluid mix of strength-building, balance work, and flexibility exercises — all done at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive for you. This class is designed for all levels, whether you’re brand new to movement or looking to deepen your connection with your body. Expect a fun, relaxing, and thoughtfully guided experience that helps you move with ease, awareness, and confidence. Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, energized, and more at home in your body.
