Reiki is a gentle, hands-on or hands-near healing technique that supports relaxation, stress reduction, and the body’s natural ability to heal. Rooted in Japanese tradition, Reiki works with the subtle energy systems of the body to promote balance and well-being on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. During a Reiki session, you’ll rest fully clothed on a comfortable massage table while the therapist gently places hands on or just above your body. Clients often report sensations of warmth, deep relaxation, emotional release, or a meditative calm.
