CLASSES & WORKSHOPS
Weekly Yoga & Movement Classes
All classes are designed to be suitable for a wide range of experience and abilities. Beginners are welcome and all students are encouraged to choose options and modifications that work best for them. Class sizes are small to allow instructors to give each student individualized attention and instruction. Scroll down for class descriptions
Tuesdays, 8:30 - 9:15 am: Mindful Movement
Wednesdays, 12 - 1 pm: Mindful Flow Yoga
Wednesdays, 6 - 7 pm: Slow Flow Yoga
Thursdays, 4:30 - 5:30 pm: Restorative / Yin Yoga
Fridays, 8:30 - 9:30 am: Gentle Yoga
Mindful Movement
Mindful Movement blends inspiration from dance, yoga, martial arts, Pilates, and other mindful practices. Each session offers a fluid mix of strength-building, balance work, and flexibility exercises — all done at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive for you.

Gentle Yoga
A calming, supportive practice designed to release tension and restore balance. Gentle Yoga focuses on mindful movement, breath awareness, and simple postures that soothe the body and quiet the mind. Ideal for beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone seeking a slower, nurturing practice.
Slow Flow Yoga
Move with intention in this flowing practice. Slow Flow yoga blends mindful breath with steady movement, creating space to strengthen, stretch, and ground your body while calming your mind. Perfect for all levels, this class invites you to deepen awareness and find a balance of strength and ease in each pose.
